New York Islanders vs Seattle Kraken Prediction, Odds and Picks for Today, 11/23/25

The Seattle Kraken continue their road trip with a stop in Long Island to take on the Islanders. Both teams are playing the tail end of a back-to-back, but that doesn’t mean we’ll see an explosion of goals. The Islanders have been one of the better defensive teams over the last two weeks, largely due to the play of Ilya Sorokin. The Russian netminder is unlikely to get the start today, so that opens the door for more goals to be scored.

 Seattle comes into this matchup as a team that doesn’t shoot the puck much and doesn’t score many goals. They have won 4 of their last 5 games, but most of them have been close, low-scoring affairs. Joey Daccord is expected to get the start, and he’s been very solid to this point of the season. We should see limited scoring chances on both sides, so we’ll take the Under.
