NBA Rookie of the Year candidates for 2023-2024: Who are the favorites?

Being even money for this award is a little absurd considering he has never played a game in the NBA. This is mainly because he is considered one of the greatest NBA prospects in a very long time. Wembanyama previously played in France, so he has some experience with playing professional basketball. Henderson was drafted third overall to the Portland Trail Blazers. He previously played for the NBA G-League Ignite this past season. Dick was drafted 13th overall in the first round out of the University of Kansas. With the Jayhawks, Dick averaged 14.1 points per game and shot 44.2% from the field. He was also a 40.3% three-point shooter, which should translate to the NBA this season.
