I'm an NFL handicapper here at Pickswise who was raised in a household full of sports fanatics. Since I unfortunately never had LeBron James' jumping ability I wasn't able to make it to the NBA, and chose writing about sports as the next best thing. An avid sports bettor myself, I'm excited to get to write about the industry as it gets set to take off across the country. Buckle up. The first 14 weeks of the 2019 NFL season are officially in the books. Things have taken shape, and the playoff field is starting to get clear. Accordingly, the Pickswise team has come up with their post-Week 14 NFL power rankings as we head into Week 15. There are a lot of great games in Week 15 so make sure to check our NFL Picks as well. For our top plays, check out our ‘best bets’ tab.

You can check out last week’s power rankings here. Now, let’s check out below who went up and down in the new NFL Power Rankings!

1. Ravens (1)

The Ravens passed yet another test by beating the Bills on the road, and it would be hard to have anybody else in the top spot right now.

2. 49ers (2)

The 49ers pulled out a thrilling win over the Saints, in a game I thought they’d lose. They suffered a rash of injuries in the win, but it’s hard not to get excited.

3. Chiefs (6)

Kansas City handed the Patriots their first home loss in a long time, and even though they hadn’t played too well recently they are still clearly one of the league’s best teams.

4.Patriots (4)

The Patriots lost for the second game in a row, and they’ve now failed each of their three toughest tests this season. Tom Brady certainly is declining.

5. Saints (5)

New Orleans lost a crazy game to the 49ers, and their defense suddenly doesn’t look so great. That game might end up costing them home-field advantage.

6. Seahawks (3)

Seattle finally got exposed, something I’ve been waiting on for a long time. Despite being 10-3, their point differential is a mediocre +20.

7. Packers (7)

Green Bay has been winning games, but a lot of them have been ugly. It’s hard to say they’re a truly elite team after what the offense just looked like against the Redskins.

8. Vikings (9)

The Vikings picked up a sleepy win over the Lions. They didn’t play particularly well, but a win is a win at this point.

9. Rams (11)

Are the Rams back? It sure looked like it during their big win over the Seahawks. Jared Goff looked the best he has in a while, and hopefully it’s a sign of things to come for Sean McVay’s offense.

10. Titans (12)

I was skeptical of this Titans win streak at first, but they’re playing really well right now. Hats off to Ryan Tannehill, although I still think the magic will run out at some point.

11. Bills (10)

The Bills lost to the Ravens, and while it wasn’t a blowout it still feels like Buffalo’s record has more to do with a soft schedule than anything else.

12. Texans (8)

Houston picked up a huge win over the Patriots on Sunday Night Football last week, and immediately took a huge step backward with a blowout loss to the Broncos. They continue to be maddeningly inconsistent, which bodes poorly for the playoffs.

13. Steelers (13)

Pittsburgh picked up another win, escaping Arizona with a victory. The offense certainly isn’t dynamic, but this defense is playing at an unreal level. I can’t wait to watch them against Buffalo this week.

14. Buccaneers (17)

I’ve been saying for a while now this Buccaneers team was underrated, and they’ve now won four of their last five. Impending free agent Jameis Winston is going to make Tampa think long and hard about keeping him next season.

15. Bears (19)

Chicago picked up another win over the Cowboys, keeping their slim playoff hopes alive. Mitch Trubisky looked good again, which complicates their future plans.

16. Eagles (16)

Philadelphia escaped with an overtime win over the lowly Giants to stay in decent shape in the NFC East, but it sure wasn’t a reassuring victory.

17. Cowboys (14)

Dallas got spanked by the Bills on Thanksgiving, and followed it up with an equally disappointing loss to the Bears. They’re somehow still the favorite in the NFC East, but Jason Garrett won’t be coaching this team in 2020.

18. Chargers (21)

This Chargers team is way better than their record, and they showed that with a blowout win over the Jaguars on Sunday. Despite being 5-8, they have a great point differential.

19. Colts (15)

The Colts blew another close game, losing by three on the road against the Bucs. This team is still talented, but they’ve had a lot of poor luck recently.

20. Raiders (20)

Everybody was jumping on the Raiders bandwagon, and they’ve now gotten blown out in three straight weeks. Their last game ever in Oakland awaits.

21. Browns (22)

The Browns picked up a win over the Bengals but didn’t look good doing it, and now everyone is talking about how Odell Beckham Jr. wants out. This season can’t end fast enough for Cleveland.

22. Broncos (24)

Denver pulled off a huge upset by blowing out the Texans on the road. It looks like John Elway might finally have found his quarterback in Drew Lock.

23. Panthers (18)

The Panthers sunk even lower after the firing of Ron Rivera, and it’s clear they’ve given up on the season. Kyle Allen ain’t it.

24. Cardinals (23)

Arizona has now dropped six straight games, although they’ve mostly been competitive. A strong close would have everyone feeling a lot better about the Kyler Murray/Kliff Kingsbury partnership.

25. Jets (26)

The Jets escaped with a last-second win over the Dolphins. A loss there would’ve been disastrous.

26. Falcons (28)

The Falcons picked up a win over the lifeless Panthers, but it’s not going to be enough to save Dan Quinn’s job.

27. Dolphins (25)

Miami kicked seven field goals and lost to the Jets narrowly. That might be a good thing long-term.

28. Jaguars (27)

Jacksonville has clearly quit on the season. They got blown out by the Chargers, and the defense isn’t even trying anymore. Doug Marrone is a goner.

29. Redskins (29)

The Redskins aren’t rolling over, they just don’t have much talent. A loss to the Packers eliminated them from the NFC East hunt.

30. Lions (30)

Detroit lost yet another lopsided game, and they are quickly approaching worst team in the league territory. An incredible disaster after a promising start…

31. Giants (31)

The Giants turned to Eli Manning on Monday Night Football, and they almost beat the Eagles in overtime. Alas, it wasn’t meant to be.

32. Bengals (32)

The Bengals finally won a game last week, and they almost won a second on Sunday! With Andy Dalton under center, at least they won’t get embarrassed.
