MACtion is back, and we're celebrating with a two-leg college football parlay tonight! Let's kick things off by taking Buffalo to stay within a touchdown of Miami (Ohio). Both teams have lost only once in conference play so far, and crucially they both like to lean on the run when it comes to offense. That should lead to fewer possessions and therefore gives the Bulls more scope to keep things close. Buffalo has been sturdy against the run this season and should do enough to at least keep this game close.
To round off tonight's college football MACtion parlay, I like Ohio to dominate Akron and remain unbeaten. The Bobcats lead the MAC in defense, holding opponents to under 13 points per game. Akron is the third-worst in the MAC in scoring, so Ohio should have little trouble shutting them down here. The Zips have lost three of their four conference games by at least two touchdowns, and their opponents scored at least 34 points in each of those defeats. There's no reason why Ohio can't do the same, and I can't see Akron matching them scoring-wise.
