Nottingham Forest’s losing streak was extended to three matches at home to Arsenal on Sunday, and their misery could be compounded when they visit underdogs Ipswich Town on Friday.
The Tricky Trees’ 1-0 defeat to the Gunners was hardly an unexpected result, but previous losses to Crystal Palace and Coventry are much less understandable and they head into gameweek eight of the season in 19th place in the Premier League.
Ipswich also fell to defeat at the weekend, but wins over Fulham, Crystal Palace and Sunderland have given them a solid start to the campaign, and they will be hoping to increase their buffer over the relegation zone in the coming weeks.
Two of those three wins came at Portman Road, and their only losses at home this season came against Liverpool and Arsenal, making them look good value for the win on Friday.
