The Grizzlies will need to go into Utah and beat the Jazz if they want to continue their winning streak. The Jazz have lost two of their first three games, and they are coming off a 132-123 loss to the Lakers. Lauri Markkanen led the team in scoring with 28 points, but Utah could not slow down Luka Doncic.

The Grizzlies finished 25-57 last season and things were not expected to turn around quickly for Memphis. After moving on from Ja Morant and Jaren Jackson Jr, the Grizzlies have a fresh start this season as they try to find the right pieces to build around. Along with Jerome, Cam Boozer and Jaylen Wells have both averaged 15 or more points to lead the Grizzlies. With how young and inexperienced this team is, I have to consider this undefeated start as fool’s gold. This is a great buy low spot for Utah who’s size will be a tough match for Boozer and Jerome. Utah has a starting lineup with 3 players over seven feet, tall, paired with a backcourt of Keyonte George and Darryn Peterson. The Jazz are filled with talent and should be able to provide a strong opposition against Jerome. Jackson Jr. might be in line for a great game by himself matched up against a rookie and his former team.
