The Super Bowl is finally here, with the Los Angeles Rams primed to face to Cincinnati Bengals at SoFi Stadium on Sunday. It’s one of the biggest betting events of the year, with an unreal number of markets to potentially get you action right through the game. That includes props, where you can bet on game props, novelty props, and player props. The latter is what we’ll be focusing on here — Joe Burrow’s player props to be precise.

Let’s dive in, but make sure you also check out our Super Bowl hub for tons of best bets and picks for the big game.

Joe Burrow under 276.5 passing yards (-110)

Let me start this off by making one thing clear — I love Joe Burrow. I love his fight, his intensity, his cool-under-pressure demeanor, and most of all I love how good a quarterback he is. All that said, this line is just too high for me.

The Rams boast one of the best defenses in football, and their stacked pass-rush should have Burrow running for his life. The LSU product was sacked 9 times against the Titans in the Divisional Round, and I dread to think how many times he’ll be running for his life in the Super Bowl. The Rams’ defensive front will no doubt force Burrow into making some sloppy throws, and Los Angeles’ secondary is very well equipped to capitalize on that.

I can also see pace-of-play being a factor. Against the Chiefs, Burrow and the Bengals were content to take things at a much steadier speed, which resulted in fewer chances to bump up his passing yards total. Even with overtime, Burrow posted only 250 passing yards in that game. Don’t be surprised if Cincy leans on Joe Mixon to carry the ball too.

The Rams have held opposing quarterbacks under this number in 3 of their last 5 games, but crucially the 2 where they didn’t came against the Buccaneers in the Divisional Round and 49ers in Week 18. Los Angeles held sizable leads in both those games, which meant the Bucs and Niners had no choice but to air it out in the second half. I don’t see things getting quite so out of hand here, and if the Bengals keep it close then that could result in some conservative play. Take the under on Burrow’s passing yards.
