The weekend is finally here and we have a full 15-game slate of Major League Baseball for us to enjoy on Friday. An intriguing schedule is on our hands, headlined by a massive series between the Cubs and Tigers — while the Dodgers take on the Cardinals and the Red Sox and Yankees square off for the first time this season. There are more than enough betting opportunities on the card, so let’s try to take advantage with a 3-leg mega parlay for the proceedings.
Below are my MLB parlay picks for Friday, June 6, while you can also find out our MLB picks for EVERY game today.
Giants ML (+114)
Mets first 5 innings -1.5 (-115)

MLB parlay pick: SF Giants ML over Atlanta Braves (+114)
To start off our MLB parlay, I’ll take the Giants on the money line. From a situational standpoint, it’s tough to be in a worse spot than the Braves following their epic collapse in a series finale loss to the Diamondbacks on Thursday. On the other hand, San Francisco has won 3 of its last 5 and should keep things rolling at home — where the Giants have been tough to beat this season. The Giants have been fantastic from the mound — posting a 1.69 ERA in their last 7 games — and Hayden Birdsong (2.37 ERA) should keep that going against a Braes lineup that is averaging just over 3 runs per game over the past week. Atlanta also carries a 4.83 team ERA during that stretch, which doesn’t bode well heading into another series against a playoff-caliber team.
MLB parlay pick: NY Mets first 5 innings -1.5 over Colorado Rockies (-115)
For the second leg of our parlay, we’re off to Colorado for a matchup between the Mets and Rockies. Colorado is a historically bad baseball team, and it’s easy to see why, as the Rockies’ pitching staff and bullpen is ranked dead last in ERA (5.55) while being very susceptible to allowing the long ball. It’s hard to see this excellent Mets offense struggling against Antonio Senzatela (7.25 xERA, .346 xBA, .592 xSLG), who is certainly one of the worst starting pitchers in baseball this season. On the other side, Kodai Senga (1.60 ERA) will get the ball for New York, and the Japanese righty should be in a great position to succeed against a very poor Rockies offense. I’ll avoid any potential bullpen mishaps and target the first 5 innings in Friday’s matchup.

MLB parlay pick: Athletics first 5 innings ML over Baltimore Orioles (+102)
To close out our MLB parlay, let’s back the Athletics in the first 5 innings. I’m staying away from taking the A’s on the full-game money line because this is a team that has gone just 1-20 over the past 21 contests following a surprising 22-20 start to the season. However, this is a lineup that has still been a solid unit at home — and they are facing Orioles starter Dean Kremer (4.70 ERA, bottom 10 percentile whiff rate), who hasn’t exactly been the model of consistency this season. On the other side, JP Sears has had a couple of awful starts recently, but the Athletics’ starter a decent season-long profile from an advanced metrics perspective, one that suggests he’s due for a bit of positive regression. I won’t mess around with the full game price, but plus-money on the Athletics in the first 5 innings is too good to pass up in this spot.
