The Philadelphia Phillies’ 28 wins are the most in baseball at the moment, thanks in large part to their elite rotation and a star-studded lineup that is filled with power. Even with the loss of Trea Turner, they haven’t missed a beat. On Monday night, the Phillies will battle the New York Mets on the road against LHP Sean Manaea and his 4.47 xERA.

Manaea, for the most part, dealt a gem in his last outing. He was throwing 5 shutout innings before the 6th inning came. He then imploded by allowing 3 runs on 3 hits and 1 walk. Nonetheless, I love Kyle Schwarber leading off tonight for the Phillies — where he’ll potentially get 5 at-bats. Schwarber and his reverse splits should come in handy tonight against LHP Sean Manaea. Schwarber is hitting .328 against LHP, including going over this number in 5 straight road games — four of five games with at least five plate appearances. Not having Trea Turner behind Schwarber hurts, but the guys behind him have made up for the loss. Whether J.T.
