The day before a major holiday and we have a full 12 game NBA slate on Wednesday night. I am currently picking 61% on the season for +4U. We’ve come close a few times on our degenerate parlay, but with a slate this large, I feel great about our chances. There are a lot of good angles and matchups to choose from with a few teams on back-to-back.

Let’s look at my favorite player props for the night.

We’ll have NBA picks and predictions for EVERY game this season!

PJ Washington Over 14.5 Points (-110)

Line available on FanDuel Sportsbook at the time of publishing.

Washington is catching Philadelphia on a back-to-back and gets a line just below his season average of 15.7 PPG. The 76ers do an outstanding job at defending the 3P shot, but struggle mightily at the rim, ranking 27th overall at opp shooting efficiency at the rim. Washington is averaging 20PPG at home vs 12.5 on the road. 0.5U from me.

Klay Thompson Under 19.5 Points (-113)

Line available on FanDuel Sportsbook at the time of publishing.

The magic number to this line is 19. He’s gone under this in 12/15 games this season, with last two being hitting this number. Thompson’s breakout performance was against the Houston Rockets, one of the worst defensive teams in the NBA, but tonight’s matchup will be far from a cake walk. The LA Clippers are dogs defensively. They 2nd overall in defensive rating, 1st in effective FG %, and middle the pack in defending mid-range/3P distance. Klay hit this in 1 of 2 games last season and just barely (20) when he did. The Clippers have several options to throw at Klay and switch-ability across the frontcourt and backcourt. This line is an overreaction to last game, and I’ll go back to the mean. 1U

CJ McCollum Over 5.5 Assists (+100)

Line available on DraftKings Sportsbook at the time of publishing

This is right at McCollum’s season average but comes off two down performances in the assist column. The last game against the Warriors was a total blowout that McCollum only saw 21 minutes and the game before that, the Boston Celtics allow the fewest assists per game to opposing PGs. Prior to that, McCollum hit this line in 10/15 games. The Spurs are dead last in opposing FG% and allow the 2nd most assists to opposing PGs. To add more support to this play, the Spurs are top 10 in PACE, which is a PACE up situation for the Pelicans and should see a few more shot attempts. 1U

Tyrese Haliburton Over 19.5 Points (-106)

Line available on FanDuel Sportsbook at the time of publishing.

Haliburton is at home tonight against a Timberwolves team allowing the 4th most PPG to opposing PGs. The home piece is big as he has hit this line in 7/9 at home this season and gets a Minnesota team that’s struggled to defend the 3P shot. They are 23rd overall in opp 3P% while allowing 41% of their opponents’ shots from 3. There have only been 2 games all season that Haliburton has not flirted with this number, but I can’t see that happening tonight. 1U play from me.

Degenerate Parlay (+7157 odds)

  • Tyrese Haliburton 25+ Points (+260)
  • CJ McCollum 8+ Assists+ Pels Win (+380)
  • Kyrie Irving 25+ Points + Nets Win (+380)

A $5 wager wins $357!
