There is plenty of great horse racing action to look forward to across America on Saturday, including at Gulfstream Park race track. Dating back to August 5 we are up 299.05 units with our race selections to our recommended stakes. Let’s keep it rolling!

Here are 5 runners we expect to perform well today. It’s time to dive in and discuss these potentially profitable plays.

12:57 pm Gulfstream Park (Race 4) – Quality G 9/5

Handler Todd Pletcher boasts an impressive 29% strike-rate (44/151) at this meeting with a further 40 on the board finishes and his charge can add to the wins tally on his second career start. The son of Quality Road demonstrated plenty of ability in finishing two lengths third in a maiden special weight over six furlongs at Tampa Bay Downs on debut in February. Can break his maiden with the step up to a mile looking likely to suit.

1:57 pm Gulfstream Park (Race 6) – Fearless 4/5

Has been in good form in recent times following up an impressive four length victory in the Grade 3 Harlan’s Holiday Stakes over a mile-and-one-sixteenth with two second place finishes in Graded stakes over a mile here. Had Speaker’s Corner in front of him on each occasion but with that rival absent from this contest he looks likely to prove hard to beat with Luis Saez, on board for his last three starts booked for the ride.

3:37 pm Gulfstream Park (Race 9) – Gufo 9/5

Off the track since disappointing when tenth in a 14 runner renewal of the Breeders’ Cup Turf over a a mile-and-a-half at Del Mar back in November the son of Declaration Of War had been in good form prior to that including when winning in Grade 1 company at Saratoga at the end of August. Looks the class horse in this field and looks up to scoring here having won all three of his previous starts at this venue.

5:17 pm Gulfstream Park (Race 12) – Kathleen O. 4/5

Unbeaten in three starts the Upstart filly has impressed in two stakes starts since switched to this venue having broken her maiden in the mud at Aqueduct back in November. Followed up an impressive minor stakes success at the start of January with a two length triumph in the Grade 2 Davona Dale Stakes here early last month. The extra sixteenth should prove no issue and she can provide jockey Javier Castellano with a graded stakes triumph.

6:38 pm Gulfstream Park (Race 14) – Charge It 7/2

The least experienced runner in the field built on a promising neck second when debuting over a mile in a maiden special weight here in January with an impressive all the way success to score by eight-and-a-half-lengths over the same distance in a similar event here the following month. Comes into this on the back of an impressive 48.30 four furlong breeze and is taken to provide trainer Todd Pletcher with back-to-back wins in this Grade 1 contest.
