College basketball pick today: Iowa State Cyclones -4 over West Virginia Mountaineers (-110), 9:00 pm ET
The best play for this game looks to be for Iowa State to protect its home court and cover this short spread. The Cyclones are 13-2 at home this season with their losses coming to Oklahoma and Oklahoma State. According to KenPom, Iowa State’s defense is ranked #2 in turnover percentage and #8 in adjusted efficiency.
