NBA Friday same game parlay: Sacramento Kings vs Los Angeles Lakers (+1009)

Richaun Holmes Kings

The Pacers/Nets same game parlay win last night was pure magic and that’s exactly what this world needs, more magic. Hopefully I can stay hot and deliver again tonight. Luckily for us, we have the perfect matchup in the Sacramento Kings/Los Angeles Lakers game tonight. For starters, it’s the late game (10:30pm ET) which makes it perfect for a same game parlay. After everything else has been decided, we still have something to look forward to. On top of that, it’s on NBA TV so we can all watch it. Friday nights don’t get much better.

Buddy Hield Over 3.5 assists (-114)

Assists are not really a part of Buddy Hield’s game as he has never averaged more than 3 in a single season. But, with De’Arron Fox and Harrison Barnes on the shelf, Hield had a few extra play-making opportunities last game. Even though the Kings got slaughtered 154-105 by the Utah Jazz, Hield still played 30 minutes dishing out five assists in the process. Fox and Barnes are out again tonight but Hield is still priced down in the assists market. This is a perfect foundation for our parlay.

Tyrese Haliburton to record 6+ assists (-380)

Another guy that has seen increased playing time as well as added opportunity is Tyrese Haliburton. He has taken full advantage of his opportunities and will likely play 30+ again tonight. Over his last five games, Haliburton has recorded at least six assists in all of them. He has reached eight in four of the five. The Kings need someone to run the offense with Fox and Barnes on the shelf and Haliburton is that guy. Look for him to pass out at least six helpers tonight.

Tyrese Haliburton to record 2+ made threes (-192)

Haliburton is not just a dish man by any means. This kid can shoot and he has range. So far on the season, Haliburton is shooting 40.5% from three-point land. What’s great is, the volume has picked up as well. In his last five games, Haliburton has taken at least six three-point attempts in four of them. In the lone game where he didn’t, the Kings were demolished by the Jazz and he only played 30 minutes. The game tonight should be more competitive and even if it’s not, this is a low bar for Haliburton to clear.

Richaun Holmes Over 17.5 points (+220) * Alt Line

This is the one that jacks up the price as Holmes is coming in at +220 to do this. In my opinion, this should not be priced anywhere near +220. Holmes should get all the run he can handle tonight as Fox and Barnes won’t be dress. In his last two games, Holmes has taken at least 12 shots in both of them including 15 in the last one which is the only one both Barnes and Fox missed. Due to the blowout against the Jazz, Holmes only played 22 minutes in that game. Tonight, he could play close to 30 minutes and take 15+ shots with Andre Drummond guarding him. That’s a recipe for a 20 burger any day of the week.
