Like most Lithuanians, I started watching basketball from the age of six. I'm based out in London and played basketball at the University of Lincoln here in the UK. I had always had an interest in the NBA but things really took off in the summer of 2010. That year Linas Kleiza led Lithuania to 3rd place at the World Championships and signed with the Toronto Raptors to replace the departing Chris Bosh. I've been a Raptors fan since that day and I've not missed a game since. I've been handicapping games for more than a decade, specializing in player props. The 3rd and final meeting this regular season between the top 2 teams in the Western Conference takes place on ESPN tonight. The conference leading Denver Nuggets will be looking to extend their lead at the top over a Memphis Grizzlies team that has lost ground of late. But with the series tied at one a piece so far, the visitors know that a win tonight could help them get back in the mix for the number 1 seed. It should make for an exciting game.

Check out the Grizzlies vs Nuggets Same Game Parlay I have put together for the game below. Be sure to take a look at the rest of our NBA picks, too.

Ja Morant to score 30+ points (+140)

This season, Ja Morant is averaging 29 points per game against the Nuggets. They are a tailor-made opponent for him. The Nuggets are in the bottom 10 in the league blocks per game this season. Over the last 10 games, they have also allowed the second most points in the paint. It is an area Ja Morant excels at. His athleticism allows him to get to the rim with ease, where he finishes at a 59.8% clip. With Jokic not being much of a shot blocker, look for him to potentially improve on that tonight. The Nuggets are 17th in opponent fast break points per game over the last 10 games too. Morant should need no invitation to get out and run. Look for him to have success attacking in transition as a result. Back him to have his 2nd game of 30 or more points against the Nuggets this season.

Michael Porter Jr. to record 4+ rebounds (-300)

Michael Porter Jr. has been a consistent rebounder for the Nuggets of late. Over his last 7 games, he has managed 5 or more boards in 5 contests. The only 2 in which he failed to hit this line in, he played fewer than 24 minutes in. Considering that he averaged 30 per night in February, playing time should not be an issue tonight. His 6’10” frame makes him taller than most small forwards in the NBA. Look for him to utilise this advantage against Dillon Brooks tonight and grab a few rebounds over him. A player of his size should have no issue collecting 4 misses, especially against a team that is missing their leading rebounder in Steven Adams.

Nikola Jokic to record 14+ rebounds (+110)

In 2 games against the Grizzlies this season, Nikola Jokic has managed exactly 13 rebounds in each. Look for him to go one better tonight. The Grizzlies are not a great rebounding team. Over the last 10 games, they are 27th in the league in the NBA in rebounding percentage. They also do not tend to crash the offensive boards, ranking 26th in second chance points per game during that time. It should leave Jokic, who is 3rd in the league in defensive rebounds per game this season, well positioned to improve on his rebounding streak. He is averaging 14.7 rebounds per game since the All-Star break and should build on that further tonight. Going up against a center like Xavier Tillman who has limited range should work in his advantage too.
