The Hawks should feel good about coming home with this series tied 1-1. Jalen Johnson has played well below his baseline, while Nickeil Alexander-Walker has not played to his standards, either. Yet, they find themselves as slight underdogs in Game 3.
Johnson has taken a slight backseat in terms of usage to CJ McCollum through 2 games. The savvy veteran picked on Jalen Brunson to close out Game 2, getting the switch every time down the court and embarrassing the Knicks superstar. It’ll be interesting how New York adjusts, but I expect a more aggressive Johnson after just 12 shots from the field and failing to make a three-pointer in Game 2.

Nuggets vs Timberwolves has the feel of a Western Conference Finals, and yet, this is a 1st-round matchup between 2 teams that have met in the postseason 3 out of the last 4 years.
