Cleveland Cavaliers guard Donovan Mitchell (45) celebrates after the Cavaliers beat the Boston Celtics at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.

This NBA mega parlay combines 3 of my favorite winning margin picks of the day that would pay out at over 11/1 odds with FanDuel Sportsbook. Cleveland Cavaliers win by 1-10 (+180) over Miami Heat

Miami just picked up back-to-back wins over the Hawks which were desperately needed. The Heat are currently in 7th place in the Eastern Conference standings with the Hawks, Raptors and Wizards on their heels. And while those 2 wins were needed, it was against an awful Atlanta defense. The Cleveland defense is a much stronger unit that just held the Celtics to 114 points in a game that went to overtime. Their rim protection is excellent with Jarrett Allen and Evan Mobley, while Donovan Mitchell continues to look like a superstar on offense.

Mitchell was scoring whenever he pleased against Boston and is looking like his prime is yet to come. On offense and defense, the Cavs are a better team than the Heat. Miami’s offense continues to be one of the slowest and most inefficient units in the association, and their defense, which has carried them this season, ranks 24th in the last 10 games. Cleveland should win this game, but it shouldn’t be in a blowout.

Boston Celtics win by 11+ (-105) over Portland Trail Blazers

The Celtics losing 3 games in a row has caused the media to react as if the sky is falling. People are questioning if Boston is legitimate, if Jayson Tatum can lead a team, and so forth. To be honest, it’s laughable. The Celtics were up 28 points on the Nets but they put the reserves in and took their foot off the gas, and that cost them the game. It was a bad loss and a much-needed reality check. Then they lost by 2 points in double overtime to the Knicks in a game in which Robert Williams and 6th man of the year frontrunner Malcolm Brogdon were out. And an unfortunately timed back-to-back had the Celtics playing in Cleveland the next night without Tatum, Williams or Al Horford, and they still went to overtime.

For Wednesday’s game, only Williams is on the injury report. That means Boston will have almost a fully healthy team, and when that happens, they are hard to beat. Their opponent will be the Trail Blazers, who have already ruled out Anfernee Simons, while Jusuf Nurkic is doubtful. There is a chance that Damian Lillard scores 40 points in this game, but that shouldn’t be enough against a determined Celtics squad on their home court.

Denver Nuggets win by 11+ (+120) over Chicago Bulls

The Western Conference has been led by the Nuggets for the majority of the season, and their lead is only growing. They are 5-1 since the all-star break, which includes wins over the Clippers, Grizzlies and Cavaliers. Nikola Jokic is running away with the MVP award as the big man is averaging a triple-double and leading Denver to the #1 seed in the playoffs. The Nuggets are averaging 117.8 points per game since the break and welcome in the Bulls, who started hot but have quickly come down to earth. Chicago started the second half of their season with 2 blowout wins over the Nets and Wizards, and it appeared that Patrick Beverley was making a difference.

However, they’ve gone 1-3 since, and a big reason for that is their offense stalls against good defenses. Against the Suns and Raptors, the Bulls scored 98 and 104 points. But when they played subpar teams like the Pistons, Pacers and Nets, they put up 117, 122 and 131 points. Denver is far better than Chicago in every aspect of the game, so I’ll back Denver for a big win.
