Best bet for NFL Week 12: Philadelphia Eagles -4.5 over Dallas Cowboys (-105)
This is a great spot for the Eagles against a Cowboys team that will be playing on a short week after facing the Raiders on Monday Night Football. Playing in Jerry World is not exactly difficult for opposing teams, either. Dallas has actually been decent at home this season, but it most recently lost in its own building to Arizona in Week 9. And the Cardinals are terrible.
Given how bad the Cowboys’ defense is (2nd-to-last both overall and in scoring), they always have to score a bunch of points to win. That is not going to be an easy task against an Eagles defense that is on an absolute roll. Philadelphia has allowed a grand total of 16 points over its past 2 games despite facing 2 of the best teams in the NFC in Green Bay and Detroit.
