Tonight in the NBA we have two playoff games ahead of us and an injury report with a lot of uncertainty. Miami (+6.5) is up 1-0 after another incredible performance by Jimmy Butler in Madison Square Garden but rolled his ankle late in Game 1 and is questionable. Julius Randle missed Game 1 entirely still nursing an ankle injury after aggravating it in the Cleveland series. He is questionable as well and the Knicks miss him dearly. On the west coast, we get the marquee matchup of the second round: Los Angeles Lakers (+4.5) vs Golden State Warriors. Steph vs LeBron and a D’Angelo Russell revenge game: we can spin this a bunch of different ways, but ultimately, this is a clash of styles. The Warriors are #1 in PACE this postseason (Lakers 6th), while the Lakers are #1 in defensive rating this postseason (Warriors 6th). I’m excited to see how this series shakes out.

Draymond Green hit this line in 57% of his regular-season games, but 70% of games when he played 31 or more minutes, which is his playoff average. During the regular season, Green hit this in 3 of 4 games vs LA and should have an easier matchup with Jarred Vanderbilt while Looney and AD battle it out. Draymond averaged only 6.2 rpg against the Kings, but that was more in line with his regular season average against them of 6.0 per game. I will assume that trend holds true in the postseason against LA and he averages closer to 8 rpg. 1U
