EPL pick today: Brentford ML over Leicester City (-110), 11am ET
The outlook was brighter for Leicester last month when the Foxes coasted to a 4-1 win over Tottenham, but 4 subsequent losses have left them firmly in the EPL relegation fight. A trip to Brentford, where Arsenal have been the only visiting team to win in the league this season, looks set to be a fruitless one that leaves the Foxes in yet more trouble. Their latest defeat was a 3-1 home loss to Chelsea and it has to be a big concern that they have scored just 1 goal in those 4 defeats. On top of that they have also allowed at least 2 goals in 9 of their 13 EPL road games.
On the other side, Brentford bounced back well from a 1-0 defeat to Everton with a 2-0 win over Southampton on Wednesday and the Bees can usually be relied upon to find the net more than once at home, which is bad news for the visitors.

College Basketball pick today: Duke Blue Devils -3.5 over Tennessee Volunteers (-110), 2:40 pm ET
Duke comes in as one of the hottest teams in the nation after winning the ACC tournament and then easily dispatching a good Oral Roberts team on Thursday. Tennessee on the other hand, has struggled down the stretch since losing point guard Zakai Zeigler to a season-ending knee injury.
The Vols are predicated upon defense and can guard anyone in the country. The point spread is risky here because of the way the Vols can muck up a game and make it ugly. However, the Vols are struggling to score without Zeigler at the helm, so for that reason, backing Duke to cover will be the play this afternoon.

We could even go back to last season, where all 3 games went over the total. With the Oilers scoring the most goals per game and Seattle not far behind with the 5th-most, expect a high-scoring game this afternoon.

MLS pick today: Atlanta United ML over Portland Timbers (-190), 7:30 pm ET
Atlanta United have started strong this season with 7 points from three games and winning 3-0 against Charlotte last time out. United can continue their strong form and make home advantage count against Portland. The Timbers have lost their last 2 games against LAFC and newcomers St. Louis City and could find this test too tough as well. Four of Portland’s last 6 MLS road games have been losses, therefore backing Atlanta will be the play.
