EPL pick today: Tottenham Hotspur vs Liverpool – Over 3.5 goals (+110), 11:30 am ET

Tottenham’s confidence was severely dented by a 3-2 home defeat to Bournemouth and last Sunday’s astonishing 6-1 rout by Newcastle, who scored 5 times in the first 21 minutes.

Liverpool has also had a disappointing and inconsistent EPL campaign but their home record is excellent. They thrashed Manchester United 7-0 at Anfield in March, beat Manchester City and Newcastle and were unlucky to only tie 2-2 with Arsenal on April 9. That was followed by a 6-1 hammering of Leeds and a 3-2 home win over Nottingham Forest. Because both attacks have elite talent, but have both had trouble defending, backing the over will be our play this morning.

XFL pick today: Seattle Sea Dragons vs DC Defenders – Over 48.5 points (-115), 3:00 pm ET

These are two of the best offenses in the league. D.C. is the number one offense in points scored per game, and Seattle is number one in passing yards. In both meetings during the regular season, the total went over. On top of that, Ben DiNucci and Jordan Ta’amu are two of the best quarterbacks in this league, which makes it likely that both teams will go back and forth scoring. For that reason, backing the over will be our play.

NBA pick today: Golden State Warriors +1 over Sacramento Kings (-110), 3:30 pm ET

For only the 2nd time this season, the Warriors finished under 100 points at home as they laid an egg in Game 6 losing to Sacramento 118-99. Even though they will hit the road for Game 7, it is important to note that Golden State have won 14 of the last 20 meetings played at Golden 1 Center. For that reason, backing the Warriors to at the very least cover will be our play.

MLS pick today: Minnesota United ML over FC Dallas (+115), 9:00 pm ET

Minnesota has lost 3 straight MLS games, but look to have a solid opportunity to get back to winning ways when Dallas comes to town in tonight’s only MLS game. FC Dallas was hammered in New York last time out, so for that reason, backing Minnesota to win will be our play.
