Fresh off my +529 odds Same Game Parlay winner in Game 2, I am looking to cash on back-to-back winners as the Thunder vs Spurs series heads to San Antonio for Game 3. With the series lead on the line it’ll be interesting to see which team responds better to the new surroundings. Tip-off is set for 8.30 pm ET on Prime Video.

This time around my Same Game Parlay is priced at odds, you can read the reasoning for all three bets down below. As always, our in-depth analysis for all NBA postseason games will be available on our NBA Predictions page, so don’t miss out. Now let’s get into my SGP for Game 3 of Thunder vs Spurs.

OKC Thunder ML (+106)

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander to Score 30+ Points (-128)

Victor Wembanyama 2+ Made Threes (-142)

Same Game Parlay odds: +370

OKC Thunder ML (+106)

The win in Game 2 was a massive confidence booster for the OKC Thunder who made the necessary adjustments, primarily in the physicality department slowing down Victor Wembanyama. Isaiah Hartenstein played his role to perfection, collecting 13 rebounds and limiting Wemby to a modest 21 points and also forcing 4 turnovers. Now it’s time for San Antonio to respond, most of the pressure is on them going into Game 3 as the series now moves to Frost Bank Center for the next two games. Injuries could play a part in this game, I’d argue that the potential loss of Dylan Harper is a much bigger blow for San Antonio that Jalen Williams not playing for OKC. The defending champs are already sort of used to not having their 2nd best player at their disposal, his lingering hamstring injury has cost him a fair chunk of the regular season and is now keeping him out of postseason games as well. The Thunder recorded 34 assists in the Game 2 win, if they can continue sharing the ball like that they’ll be hard to beat on Friday. I’ll take the champs to win back-to-back games and grab back home court advantage.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander to Score 30+ Points (-128)

The reigning 2-time MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander responded in a big way in Game 2, coming up with some big baskets when the team needed him the most. He finished the game with 30 points, it was the 5th time this postseason he scored 30 or more in the game. As crazy as it might sound, I felt that he left quite a few more points on the table missing some good looks, especially from three-point land where he went 0-for-3. As this series progresses and the MVP gets a better read on what the defense is giving him, I expect his numbers to go up gradually. The Thunder really don’t face adversity all that often when you think about it. The first two rounds of this postseason were a cakewalk vs Phoenix and the Lakers, Game 2 of this series was their first under pressure moment in almost a year and they responded well. With Harper potentially being out for this one and Fox still not fully back, I expect the MVP to show up in a big way on the road when it matters the most.

Victor Wembanyama 2+ Made Threes (-142)

Even though he did not complain publicly, you have to figure the level of physicality he faced in Game 2 really bothered Victor Wembanyama. He was visibly frustrated on a number of occasions for not getting calls, but that is the NBA postseason and I do not believe the stance of the referees will change in the coming games. It’ll be up to the Frenchman to adapt his approach, one of the things he can definitely do is rely more on the three-ball instead of trying to go through Isaiah Hartenstein down low. His three-ball has been going in at a really solid rate this postseason – through the first 12 games he’s making 36% of his shots which is actually an improvement compared to the regular season where he shot 34.9%. The Thunder also aren’t the best of teams when it comes to defending the perimeter – Wemby shot the deep ball at 62.5% against them in the 5 regular season meetings, so far in this series that number is at 44.4% on 2 makes per game. Oklahoma City ranks 4th for Threes allowed overall as a team.
