College Football pick today: Baylor Bears -3 over West Virginia Mountaineers (-115), 7:00 pm ET
These teams have looked very similar through 5 weeks. Both have good offenses led by first-year quarterback. They also both have good defenses that are holding teams to fewer than 340 yards per game. The difference is that Baylor has just been better at all these things.
Despite having lost 2 games in 2022, Baylor have looked competitive and had a chance to win every game they have been in this season. West Virginia is 1-5 against the spread in their last 6 games against Big 12 opponents, so for that reason backing Baylor to cover on the road will be the play tonight..

NFL pick today: Washington Commanders -1 over Chicago Bears (-110), 8:15 pm ET
This is far from the most exciting matchup, but I will just go with the more talented team, an offense that can actually complete the forward pass and fade a rookie head coach on TNF.
Washington is 5th best in defending the run and that is where the Bears can do some damage. The Commanders are coming off a game against Tennessee in which they held Derrick Henry to only 3.6 yards per carry and the Titans’ offense as a whole to only 3.9 yards per play. For that reason, backing the Commanders looks to be worth a play as they have better passing quarterback and the coach more prepared for this situation.

NHL pick today: Los Angeles Kings 3-Way ML over Seattle Kraken (-120), 10:30 pm ET
It was a long year for the Kraken last season, finishing their inaugural season in last place in the Pacific Division by 16 points. They also finished in the bottom 10 in most advanced stats on both sides of the ice.
The Kings played a terrible defensive game on Tuesday. Don’t expect that to happen again, as they were a borderline top-10 defense last year and are returning most of their defensive core. Look for the Kings to rebound from a sloppy first game and jump on a tired Kraken team, making the Kings 3-way money line worth a play.
