We have put together a 4-pick cross-sport parlay that will take you right through Wednesday, including picks from the NBA, NHL and college basketball. One pick is taken from each sport with a second pick from college basketball. A winning ticket would give us a very nice payout with odds of +1132 at DraftKings Sportsbook.

College basketball pick today: Penn State Nittany Lions -3.5 over Michigan State Spartans (-110), 6:30 pm ET

Penn State comes into this matchup at 6-2 with its only 2 losses coming to Virginia Tech in Charleston and on the road at Clemson in overtime. The Nittany Lions have featured one of the most efficient offenses in college basketball this season and we should see that displayed at the Bryce Jordan Center tonight. According to KenPom, Penn State is ranked #12 in offensive turnover percentage and Michigan State is ranked #334 in defensive turnover percentage. Penn State has been taking great care of the ball, while Michigan State has not been turning opponents over at high rate.

Additionally, Penn State is ranked #13 in effective field-goal percentage and ranked #15 in 3-point percentage. Nittany Lions’ much-improved offense this season is the reason why backing them to cover will be the play.

NHL pick today: Buffalo Sabres vs Columbus Blue Jackets – Over 6.5 goals (-130), 7:30 pm ET

The Sabres are scoring 3.8 goals per game, the 3rd-most in the NHL. However, the Sabres are also allowing 3.68 goals per game, the 5th-most in the league. If that wasn’t enough, their 4.15 goals allowed per game over the last month is the absolute most.

While that’s terrible, the Blue Jackets have been just as bad. They are sitting in last place in the Metro Division due to their poor goaltending as well. Columbus is allowing 3.96 goals per game, the 2nd-most in the NHL, behind only the league-worst Anaheim Ducks. They are also allowing the most goals per game on home ice. Three meetings between these teams last season ended with totals of 11, 7 and 10 goals, so backing the over will be the play.

NBA pick today: Indiana Pacers vs Minnesota Timberwolves – Over 237 (-105), 8:10 pm ET

This will be a meeting between the teams ranked 1st (Minnesota) and 2nd (Indiana) in the league in terms of pace. As a result, expect a breakneck tempo — which should lead to a high-scoring encounter.

Both sides currently rank in the bottom 10 of the league in opponent fast-break points per game. With the presence of Rudy Gobert in the paint, look for the Pacers to speed up play and try and beat him down the floor. The Timberwolves are 29th in opponent points off turnovers, which should give the Pacers opportunities to get out and run off from their mistakes. We are taking the over.

College basketball pick today: Connecticut Huskies -4.5 over Florida Gators (-115), 9:00 pm ET

UConn exploded onto the scene with a dominant performance at the Phil Knight Invitational. UConn beat Oregon, Alabama and Iowa State — all by at least 15 points. The Huskies followed that up with a 10-point victory at home last Thursday against Oklahoma State.

The Gators, on the other hand, are a team that have already been inconsistent. They have some talented players, but have already lost some games to lesser opponents. UConn is white hot right now and Florida is inconsist, so backing the Huskies will be the play.
