About Last Night

NBA Best Bet wins
We had only 1 3-star play on Tuesday’s NBA slate — under 220.5 in Mavericks vs Clippers — and it lived up to its billing as the Clippers won 113-101. It was a good day of over/unders overall as we went 5-2 on our total predictions. Donovan Mitchell scored 46 on his return to Utah with the Cavaliers, but the Jazz won the game 116-114, while the Warriors lost as double-digit favorites to the Suns, 125-113.

2-0 day on NHL player props
Our NHL player props ace Mark Lammey found a perfect pair of plus-money hockey player props that cashed last night. In the day’s big games, the Devils beat the Hurricanes 5-3, the Rangers beat the Wild in a shootout and the Stars beat the Islanders in another shootout.

Strong night for ranked NCAAB teams
Most of the college basketball ranked teams managed to avoid upsets on Tuesday’s slate, although #2 Kansas failed to cover a 10.5-point line against Oklahoma, winning 79-75. #18 Wisconsin lost 69-65 to Michigan State.

Today’s Slate

8-game slate in the NBA
Today’s 8-game NBA slate includes 2 games on ESPN with the Bucks facing the Hawks at 7:30 pm ET. The Suns then play the Nuggets at 10:00 pm ET. You can read all of today’s NBA predictions.

TNT hockey double-header
There are only 4 NHL games today but that includes a TNT doubleheader featuring Predators vs Maple Leafs at 7:30 pm ET and Sharks vs Kings at 10:00 pm ET. We have NHL picks for today’s games.

Top NCAAB teams in action
There are some juicy clashes between ranked teams on the college hardwood tonight with Alabama vs Arkansas, UConn vs Marquette and TCU vs Texas, while #1 Houston is also in action against South Florida. Take a look at today’s college basketball predictions.

Best Bet of the Day

NCAAF: Xavier Musketeers -3 over Creighton Bluejays
7:00 pm ET, FS1

The Musketeers of Xavier roll in with 9 consecutive victories and 3 straight covers. Xavier has also won 3 straight meetings in this series and is a very impressive 9-3-1 ATS in the past 13 games against teams with a winning overall record. Creighton is struggling to maintain any consistency and are just 2-6 ATS in the past 8 games, while Xavier is on a long winning streak. Read our full Creighton vs Xavier predictions.
