We're heading to Texas to start our NFL Sunday parlay, and I'm backing the Texans to beat the Cowboys. Yes, Houston is currently 0-3, but they will be at home and catching a Cowboys team coming off a heartbreaking and exhausting loss in Brazil. Dallas' defense is struggling once again this year, and we should see CJ Stroud and company have some success against it. Meanwhile, the Texans defense remains one of the best in the NFL, and it should do enough to pacify Dak Prescott and eke out the win for Houston.
Next, I'm backing the Super Bowl champs to bounce back from last week's surprise loss to Washington with a victory over the hapless Chargers. LA is 0-3 to start the season, losing twice at home to the Cardinals and Raiders before blowing a lead over Buffalo despite forcing five turnovers from the Bills. Nothing is going right for the Chargers, and it's hard to see that changing on the road against a Seahawks team that should be dialed in to get back on track.
We're heading to Sunday Night Football to wrap up our NFL parlay, and I'm going with the Lions to win on the road against the Panthers. Carolina looked red hot in its first two games, but last week's loss to the Browns raised some concerns over how sustainable this offense actually is. Meanwhile, the Lions have put up 30+ points in each of their first three games and boast one of the NFL's most vicious running backs in Jahmyr Gibbs. I'm expecting Detroit to continue their scoring exploits here and struggle to see how the Panthers keep up with them.
