LV vs NE Prediction, Odds and NFL Picks for Sunday, 10/11/26

We have an AFC showdown on our hands as the Las Vegas Raiders and New England Patriots are set to do battle on Sunday. Both of these teams are coming off massive victories, but I have a bit more faith in New England to keep up its positive momentum against a Raiders team that has overachieved to this point and is making the cross-country trip out east.

The Patriots were able to fight through their injuries and knock off the Bills a week ago, and that final result was anything but a fluke. Not only did New England win the game outright on the road against a Bills team that was out for revenge following last season's loss to the Patriots in Buffalo, the more inspiring development was Drake Maye's vastly improved play. Other than one (admittedly awful) turnover, the North Carolina product appeared to be much more comfortable under center and the offense looked like how it did a season ago. He should see success against a Las Vegas defense that just surrendered 57 points over the last two games. On the other side, the Raiders offense has looked much improved under Klint Kubiak, but this is a difficult test against a New England defense that is pretty stout in the secondary and was able to generate pressure against the Bills excellent offensive line last week. With that in mind, I'll lay the points with the hosts.

My one concern with the Patriots in this game is their relative lack of health on defense. That could play right into a game script that heavily leans toward the over in this one. As previously mentioned, Las Vegas has been rolling on offense under Klint Kubiak, and the Raiders should continue to find ways to thrive in the play-action passing game with Brock Bowers back in the fold. The same can be said for a Patriots offense that is finding its rhythm following a strong showing a week ago. New England is due for some major turnover regression, and if Maye plays a clean game on Sunday, it wouldn't shock me if the Patriots put up 27 or more points in this spot.
