After cashing our +397 NHL parlay last night for Frozen Frenzy, I'm getting right back to it and kickstarting tonight's by taking the Canadiens to beat the Capitals. Montreal beat Buffalo 4-3 in a shootout last night, while Washington lost to Carolina. While the Canadiens could be dealing with more fatigue after their matchup went the distance, the Caps did have to deal with the Hurricanes' physical style, and with them still struggling to factor in newcomers Alex Tuch and Jordan Kyrou, they could find things tough tonight.
To round out tonight's two-leg NHL parlay, I'm taking Colorado to beat Dallas. The Avalanche actually just beat the Stars in Texas last night, and now with home advantage, I'm expecting the same result. Dallas' offense has struggled to get things going, averaging just 2.17 goals per game, and that could make it tough for them to keep up with the Avalanche's firepower, which is averaging five goals per game.
