Thursday night will feature a solid slate of 11 games. Whether you will be tuning in to watch your favorite team, or you are just here hanging around to find some action, we have you covered.

Here are a few NHL Best Bets that may be worth considering today — with lines and odds courtesy of FanDuel at the time of writing. Also, be sure to check out all of our NHL predictions for every game throughout the season, including all 11 matchups tonight.

NHL Best Bet: Philadelphia Flyers vs. Detroit Red Wings: Alex DeBrincat 4+ Shots on Goal (-104)

Alex DeBrincat and the Detroit Red Wings will be hosting the woeful Philadelphia Flyers on Thursday night. The Flyers are still seeking their first win of the year. DeBrincat is fresh off of signing a new seven-year $91 million contract extension with the Red Wings, so the vibes are high for him right now. He is coming off a two-goal outing against the New Jersey Devils where he tallied six shots on goal. In his last two games, he has 13 total shots on net. He has recorded four or more shots on goal in three of his six games this season, two of which he recorded three shots.

He will be going up against a Flyers team that has allowed the most shots on goal of any team this season, by a decent margin. They have allowed 277 shots against in eight games. That is an average of 34.63 shots against per game. DeBrincat is a shooter through and through, look for him to take advantage of some leaky Flyers defense.

Lock in our Flyers vs. Red Wings pick for today.

NHL Best Bet: Vegas Golden Knights -1.5 over Calgary Flames (-132)

The Vegas Golden Knights are off to a great 6-2-0 start to this season and they will be looking to continue that on Thursday night against the Calgary Flames. The Flames are coming off of their first win of the season on Tuesday. The Flames are expected to be competing for a top draft pick in next years draft. They are the second worst offensive team in the league, averaging 2.00 goals per game, and they are the worst defensive team averaging 4.83 goals against per game. This is not a recipe for success, especially against a team like the Golden Knights.

The Golden Knights are a veteran lineup that will know how to handle a much weaker team than them. In four meetings with the Flames last season, the Golden Knights were 3-1, covering the puck line in all three of their wins. The Golden Knights should be leading this game late into the third period, which brings in the chance for an empty net goal if needed. Look for a dominant showing from the Golden Knights against the Flames on Thursday.

NHL Best Bet: Vancouver Canucks vs. Florida Panthers: Sam Reinhart Anytime Goal (+130)

Sam Reinhart and the Florida Panthers are coming off of a big 7-3 win against the Columbus Blue Jackets in a game where their stars really broke out. Reinhart scored two goals in the win, and this marks two consecutive games where has scored two goals. The Canucks give up the second-most shots against in the NHL, and they are also the second worst defensive team, averaging 4.75 goals against per game. Reinhart also skates on the Panther’s top powerplay unit, and they will be going up against the leagues worst penalty killing unit, operating at a 57.1% success rate.

The Canucks are brutal, and Reinhart should have a few quality scoring chances in this game. He is a sniper and it usually only takes one chance for him to find the back of the net. Take Reinhart to score a goal on Thursday.
