The Carolina Hurricanes will be travelling north from south Florida to Tampa Bay, to take on the Lightning on Saturday night. The Lightning are coming into this game riding a three-game losing streak, while the Hurricanes played Friday night and gave up a 3-0 lead over the Panthers to lose in overtime. This will be a battle between two very solid teams that are good both offensively and defensively. The Lightning are in the middle of a very tight race in the Atlantic Division and every point matters for them. They should be getting Nikita Kucherov back in the lineup who was out Thursday due to an illness, and Brandon Hagel is a game-time call. The Hurricanes will be without a key member of their offensive production, as Seth Jarvis suffered and injury Friday night and is expected to miss some time.

The Lightning have the advantage in goal no matter who the Hurricanes start. Andrei Vasilevskiy has been great this season with a 2.30 GAA and .917 SVP. I think the Lightning will have a strong showing on home ice; I will be taking them on the money line.
