New York Rangers vs Vegas Golden Knights Prediction, Odds and Picks for Today, 11/18/25

The New York Rangers kick off a three-game Western Conference road trip, with stops in Las Vegas, Denver and Salt Lake City in the next five days. The Rangers are perfectly happy being on the road rather than at Madison Square Garden. New York is just 1-7-1 in nine games at home following a 2-1 loss against the Detroit Red Wings Sunday in a low-scoring Original Six battle. However, on the road, the Red Wings are 9-1-1, tied with the Los Angeles Kings for the most victories on the road in the NHL this season. In the 2024-25 season, the Rangers swept the season series, including a 2-1 win in Las Vegas on Jan. 11.

Vegas is just 4-3-3 at home this season, including an 0-1-2 mark in the past three games on home ice, while going 1-3-2 in the past six outings. The combination of Akira Schmid and Carl Lindbom are starting to take on water after starting out well. Adin Hill continues to miss time due to a lower-body injury, last appearing exactly a month ago on Oct. 18. It takes a bit of a leap of faith, but let’s back the Rangers on the road as underdogs.
