The Dallas Stars will be travelling back to Dallas to host the Seattle Kraken on Sunday night. Both of these teams are coming off wins on Saturday and will be in back-to-back situations. The Kraken have been off to a solid start considering their offensive numbers have not been great. They are ranked 26^th in the NHL, averaging 2.71 goals per game. They have the second-worst penalty kill in the league, operating at a brutal 69.4%. This is going to pose an issue going up against the third best power play that the Stars have. They are converting on 32.7% of their opportunities. The Stars recently got a big boost to their lineup with the return of Roope Hintz. He has been very good in the two games he has played in since returning, tallying a goal in each of those games. His speed is lethal off the rush and opens up space for his linemates to create plays. The top two lines of the Stars are loaded with skill that I do not think the Kraken stack up well against.

The Kraken will be sending Matt Murray to tend the goal on Sunday. In just one start this season, he has posted a 3.24 GAA and 0.889 SVP. The Stars should be able to put a few passed him. The Stars are good on home ice and I expect them to have the lead heading late into the third period. I will be taking the Stars on the three-way money line.
