Overall Best Indiana Sportsbook: William Hill

William Hill is a world-leading sportsbook and one with a long and rich history since it was founded in the UK in 1938. With that in mind, William Hill’s expansion into the US market can only be a positive.

William Hill is already an established company in Nevada, so it was no surprise to see them expand into states like New Jersey and Indiana as soon as they had the chance.

William Hill’s range of markets and the sheer number of wager types available see them stand out from the rest. While they cover the domestic US action across the major sports in equal capacity to their rival sportsbooks, it is away from these sports that they really excel.  Soccer bettors in particular will love the range of markets on offer at William Hill, with over 100+ bets available on even the most obscure soccer leagues from around the world.

Another big component of William Hill’s allure is their in-play betting range, which they are championing across the US and do so with a wealth of experience from their European markets. In-play betting is huge across Europe with some sports taking more wagers in-play than pre-game, and it’s an exciting, and new concept in the US market with its popularity continuing to grow as it has across the pond.

William Hill has a clean and real easy-to-use website and mobile app for players on iOS and Android devices, making your wagering experience a simple one.

William Hill just get it, they have as much experience in the sports betting industry as anyone across the world and their inclusion in the US market is a huge plus for players. You can get a diverse and unique range of betting markets, wagers types, and offers all at the simplest click of a button, all whilst knowing you’re wagering with one of the most trusted and reputable sportsbooks out there.

How to bet sports online in Indiana?

Online sports betting in Indiana is much easier than some people may think, particularly those new to online betting. It’s a simple process even for the most novice of bettors, and it won’t take long for you to get to grips with an online sportsbook. The majority of online sportsbooks will follow a similar navigation process from registering for an account to placing your first wager. Once you get used to one, it will be easy to use another.

  1. Firstly you must register for an online sports betting account with a sportsbook licensed in the state of Indiana. For a full list of places where you can bet on sports in Illinois check out the ‘Where can I bet sports in Indiana’ section above.

Be sure to have a look at our online sportsbook reviews, which detail the sports and markets each sportsbook in your state offers, along with accepted deposit and withdrawal methods, a review of the top mobile app, and more. Also, check out our bonuses page before registering, here we list the best promo codes and offers made available to new customers.
  2. Once signed up, you will need to deposit funds into your account to start wagering. Sportsbooks have a different range of accepted methods to fund your account and make withdrawals, but you will always have multiple options, all of which are detailed in our reviews or on the sportsbooks’ website. Click on account details, choose your preferred payment method, and deposit the amount you wish to deposit.
  3. The majority of sportsbooks will have a navigation bar across the top of their website or mobile app, here you’ll find the most popular sports and markets. They will also typically have a panel on the left-hand side where you can find an A-Z list of sports available to wager on. Use these to find your way to the sport and match you wish to wager on.
  4. Once you click on a sport you will typically see the upcoming events, often in time order with the most recent first, or they’ll be sorted by league/country. Once you have located the event, clicking on it the match will display all of the markets and odds available for that game.
  5. Clicking on a selection adds it to your bet slip that will appear on the page as soon as you add a selection. Here you can enter the amount you wish to wager, look at types of wagers available such as parlays and round robins, each of which will calculate your potential payout when you add a stake. Once you’re happy with your wager, hit the place bet button and you’re on.
