UFC 333 Predictions, Picks & Betting Odds ft. Alexander Volkanovski vs. Movsar Evloev
UFC 333 is scheduled for Saturday, October 24th at the Etihad Arena on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The event will feature a UFC Featherweight title fight in the main event between Alexander Volkanovski and Movsar Evloev and a UFC Bantamweight title fight in the Co-Main Event between Petr Yan and Merab Dvalishvili. Below, I have my two best bets for UFC 333, both of which feature main-card fights.

UFC 333 Best Bet: Movsar Evloev ML over Alexander Volkanovski (-110)

The Main Event at UFC 333 will see Alexander Volkanovski take on Movsar Evloev. This will be a fight in the UFC Featherweight Division and will be for the UFC Featherweight title. Evloev enters this fight with an MMA record of 20-0 and is 10-0 in the UFC. He is averaging 3.91 strikes per minute and has a striking accuracy of 47%. Evloev absorbs 2.80 strikes and has a striking defense of 61%. His grappling is elite, averaging 4.78 takedowns every 15 minutes. Evloev has a takedown accuracy of 52% and a takedown defense of 61%.
This fight is evenly matched; however, Evloev looks to be the best betting option. For one, Evloev is perfect in his MMA career and has already fought some of the best in the UFC, beating all of them without much trouble. Further, Evloev has the clear edge in grappling ability, which tends to be the difference in most of his UFC fights. Volkanovski, on the other hand, is only 3-3 over his last 6 UFC fights, so even though he currently holds the UFC Featherweight title, backing Evloev to win will be our best bet.

UFC 333 Best Bet: Merab Dvalishvili ML over Petr Yan (+120)

The Co-Main Event at UFC 333 will see Petr Yan take on Merab Dvalishvili. This will be a fight in the UFC Bantamweight Division and will be for the UFC Bantamweight title. Dvalishvili enters this fight with an MMA record of 21-5 and 14-3 in the UFC. He is averaging 4.42 significant strikes per minute and has a striking accuracy of 41%. Dvalishvili is absorbing 2.80 strikes and has a striking defense of 54%. His grappling is elite; however, averaging 5.97 takedowns every 15 minutes. He has a takedown accuracy of 35% and a takedown defense of 76%.
Yan is the favorite in this fight; however, Dvalishvili looks to be the best betting option. Note that these fighters have faced each two times previously with both Yan and Dvalishvili winning once. The most recent of the two fights was at UFC 323 in December 2025, where Yan won by unanimous decision.
Despite this win for Yan, Dvalishvili still has the significant advantage in grappling. He will likely need to focus on being more efficient with his takedowns this time around; however, because of his grappling advantage, backing Dvalishvili to win will be our best bet.
