Nurmagomedov is one of the heaviest favorites on this fight card; therefore, we will be looking at the method he could win by. As dominant as Nurmagomedov has been in the UFC, he rarely wins by finish. In fact, five of his eight UFC wins have come by decision. This includes his last four UFC wins in a row. Because of this, backing Nurmagomedov to win by decision will be our best bet.

UFC Fight Night 286 Best Bet: Denise Gomes ML over Yan Xiaonan (+120)

The Co-Main Event at UFC Fight Night 286 will see Yan Xiaonan take on Denise Gomes in the UFC Women’s Strawweight division. Xiaonan enters this fight with an MMA record of 19-5 and 9-4 in the UFC. She averages 4.69 significant strikes per minute and has a striking accuracy of 45%. Xiaonan absorbs 3.23 strikes and has a striking defense of 60%. Xiaonan is the favorite in this fight; however, Gomes looks to be the best betting option. For one, Gomes has been more consistent recently, having won her last four UFC fights in a row. Xiaonan, on the other hand, is 3-4 in her last seven UFC fights, including 2-2 in her last four fights. Given this, backing Gomes to win will be our best bet.
