Analysis: Despite being a mid-major, Murray State has elite talent that can compete with some of the country’s best teams. The Racers lost to Auburn, but beat Memphis and Chattanooga in their notable non-conference games. Inexperience at point guard could hinder the Racers in March, and a potential second-round matchup against Kentucky would be difficult, but Murray State is capable of a Sweet 16 run.
