We've got a hot college football Saturday ahead of us, and I'm starting my CFB parlay by backing Florida State to beat Boston College. FSU has blown hot and cold all season, and it eventually resulted in Mike Norvell being relieved of his duties. However, that could light a fire under this Seminoles team and I expect it to result in them beating BC. Boston College is 4-4 but has had a much softer schedule than Florida State, and I believe FSU will come out swinging here.
Next up in our CFB parlay, I'm backing Oklahoma State to beat Kansas State. The Cowboys' offense has been a wagon this season behind hot QB Drew Mestemaker, and I can't see how the Wildcats keep up with OSU with quarterback Avery Johnson out injured. Oklahoma State has had the second-most 20+ yard plays this season and is incredibly efficient at sustaining drives. The Pokes should win here.
Next in our CFB parlay, take South Carolina to win at home against Texas A&M. The Gamecocks have sprung into life since their heartbreaking loss to Kentucky, having knocked off Florida, Tennessee and Oklahoma, putting up a ton of points in each. South Carolina are fighting to reach the College Football Playoff but know it has to win out, and in front of a raucous home crowd, the Gamecocks should beat this ailing Texas A&M team that has a 1-4 record in conference play.
To round off our Saturday college football parlay, I'm backing Air Force to at least stay within a field goal of Army. Granted, the Black Knights have won five of their last six games against the Falcons, but Air Force has the edge in a number of key areas, including EPA/play. Army has also struggled to defend the run, which Air Force has flourished at doing this season. They may not win outright, but the Falcons should be in contention throughout.
