Just 3 days ago, I was able to cash my NBA mega parlay at +1139 odds, and with an 8-game slate on Leap Day I’m going for it once again! TNT will have a doubleheader featuring the Warriors vs Knicks and Heat vs Nuggets games, and I’ve made an effort to include both games in my NBA parlay picks. Make sure you also find out our NBA picks for Thursday’s matchups, but for now, let’s dive into my NBA mega parlay.

Bucks -12 (-110)

Warriors -4 (-110)

Heat ML (+166)

NBA parlay odds: +869

Milwaukee Bucks -12 over Charlotte Hornets (-110)

The matchup between the Bucks and Hornets has been a one-sided affair for a while now, with 7 of the last 10 meetings going the Bucks’ way. These 2 teams actually just played each other on Tuesday night and Milwaukee dominated 123-85 in front of their home fans. It was their 3rd win in 3 regular season meetings, and they won the other 2 by 31 and 36 points.

Since the all-star break, Giannis and company have won all 3 of their games and the improvements made on the defensive end are quite noticeable, with those 3 opponents averaging just 96.6 points. Khris Middleton is the only absentee with an ankle injury, but the disparity in talent is just too big here and I don’t believe that’ll be an issue. Milwaukee has gone 5-2 ATS in the last 7 meetings and I’m taking the Bucks to cover the spread to start off our NBA parlay.

Golden State Warriors -4 over New York Knicks (-110)

The Knicks are struggling right now, not because they’re bad, but they simply have just too many players out with injuries. Jalen Brunson was the latest victim to go out on Tuesday and it showed on the court as the Pelicans ran over them 115-92 at MSG. Brunson joined the already injured Julius Randle, OG Anunoby and Isaiah Hartenstein on the sidelines. These players combine for over 70 points per game and it’s hard to imagine the Knicks’ reserves being able to produce enough points to make up for it.

Meanwhile, the Warriors don’t have as many injury issues. The only potential absentee is Andrew Wiggins, who is dealing with a personal issue, but they just got back Chris Paul from a hand injury after he missed 23 games. His comeback will be a big lift for a team that’s struggled a bit with their ball handling. Steph Curry had a poor showing on Tuesday, but they still beat the Wizards by 11 points. Madison Square Garden is one of his favorite venues to play at, so I expect Curry to bounce back here and the Warriors to extend the Knicks’ misery.

Miami Heat ML over Denver Nuggets (+166)

There’s definitely something different about this Miami Heat team since the all-star break. They’ve won all 3 of their games, extending their current win streak to 5 in a row. They’ve covered the spread in 8 straight, including 6 in a row away from home. Tonight they lock horns with the team that beat them in the NBA Finals last season, and what better motivating factor than that for Jimmy Butler and his teammates? In their last 7 visits to Ball Arena, the Heat are just 1-6 SU, while in the last 11 meetings, the Nuggets have beaten them 10 times.

Denver is also on a solid run, winning all 3 games since the break, and Nikola Jokic is going wild, getting triple-doubles on a nightly basis. He destroyed the Heat in the finals last season, so I’m expecting head coach Erik Spoelstra to game plan around stopping the big guy here. If anyone can do it, it’s the Miami Heat. They have the 7th-best defensive rating in the NBA and unlike many other teams in the NBA, they flipped their playoff mode switch on as soon as the All-Star Weekend finished. Let’s go for the upset here.
