Show Bio

Like most Lithuanians, I started watching basketball from the age of six. I'm based out in London and played basketball at the University of Lincoln here in the UK. I had always had an interest in the NBA but things really took off in the summer of 2010. That year Linas Kleiza led Lithuania to 3rd place at the World Championships and signed with the Toronto Raptors to replace the departing Chris Bosh. I've been a Raptors fan since that day and I've not missed a game since. I've been handicapping games for more than a decade, specializing in player props. Yesterday we were able to hit 2 of my 3 selections, including a +190 play on Kristaps Porzingis to go over 2.5 threes. The Latvian took care of business within the opening 3 minutes to leave nothing to doubt. Tonight we have a much smaller slate, with just 6 NBA teams in action. I have picked out my favorite prop from each game, so check them out below.

Tuesday’s NBA mega parlay is available at +670 odds!

Julius Randle Over 28.5 points + rebounds (-115)

This will be the third meeting between the Detroit Pistons and New York Knicks. Julius Randle was able to hit the over on this line the last time the sides met but failed to do so in the first due to the game being a blowout. The Pistons have picked up their level of play lately, not suffering a double-digit defeat in any of their last 10 games. If they can avoid a blowout here, Randle should see enough minutes to be a 20-point and 10-rebound threat. The Knicks’ power forward has recorded 20 or more points in 4 of his last 6 games and a similar effort should set this line up nicely.

The Pistons are also dealing with several injuries on their interior. Marvin Bagley III, Isaiah Stewart and Bojan Bogdanovic are all currently listed as day-to-day. It could leave Randle with a major size advantage on the inside, which should aid his rebounding numbers. The Pistons are 28th in true shooting percentage and 23rd in rebounding percentage. It’s a combination that should do wonders for the Knicks’ star.

Stephen Curry Over 6.5 assists (-106)

Stephen Curry has continued having recent success distributing the basketball. The MVP-winning point guard has managed to record 7 or more assists in 4 of his last 5 games heading into tonight’s encounter with the Dallas Mavericks. While the Mavericks do tend to hold teams to low assist numbers overall, they do let opposing guards to get theirs. In their last 4 games, Fred VanVleet, Marcus Smart and Bruce Brown Jr. have all been able to record at least 7 — exceeding their season average in the process.

Over the last 5 games the Warriors have also been hot. They rank 5th in offensive rating during this stretch and also 3rd in the NBA in true shooting percentage. If they are able to continue with that level of efficiency, Curry’s teammates should be able to do their part to help him hit this over.

Jusuf Nurkic Over 9.5 rebounds (-132)

With Paul George, Kawhi Leonard and John Wall all remaining out for the Los Angeles Clippers, they may once again turn to Ivica Zubac for production. The Croatian is coming into this game after a monster 31-point and 29-rebound effort, and it will be up to Jusuf Nurkic to prevent that from happening again. The Bosnian center has the physical attributes to battle Zubac and is likely looking to match him in minutes played. The longer he stays in the floor, the more rebounding opportunities will be presented to him here.

Despite a season high 17-attempts in the last game, none of the shots Zubac took were outside the paint. That should allow Nurkic to stay down low and contest these efforts, maintaining prime rebounding position in the process. The Trail Blazers’ center is averaging 10 rebounds per game this season and should be able to maintain this against a matchup that doesn’t force him to vacate the paint.
