Show Bio

Like most Lithuanians, I started watching basketball from the age of six. I'm based out in London and played basketball at the University of Lincoln here in the UK. I had always had an interest in the NBA but things really took off in the summer of 2010. That year Linas Kleiza led Lithuania to 3rd place at the World Championships and signed with the Toronto Raptors to replace the departing Chris Bosh. I've been a Raptors fan since that day and I've not missed a game since. I've been handicapping games for more than a decade, specializing in player props. The Denver Nuggets are taking on the LA Lakers on the road trying to complete a surprising series sweep. Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray have been in sensational form and have been incredible at closing out games. After they rallied in the 4th quarter in Game 3, they will be confident that they have this Lakers team figured out. However, the Lakers will feel they have been competitive and will have hope they can extend this series further.

Michael Porter Jr., DEN, Over 22.5 points + rebounds (-115)

Michael Porter Jr. has been incredibly consistent in the conference finals for the Denver Nuggets. He has scored between 14 to 16 points in each of the first 3 games and has topped it up with 10 rebounds in 2 of the 3 games. That level of play looks set to have him hit the over on this line for the 4th straight game. With the way Nikola Jokic moves the ball, Porter Jr. should have no shortage of shots. He is making 47.8% of his 3-point attempts and will likely continue to convert efficiently on Monday. MPJ also stands at 6’10” tall, which gives him a great advantage when going for rebounds. With the ability of Anthony Davis to pull away Jokic to the high post, Porter Jr. should have the chance to come in and grab misses. Back the over once again.

Austin Reaves, LAL, Over 2.5 made threes (+102)

Throughout these playoffs Austin Reaves has emerged as the 3rd star on this Lakers roster. Reaves has recently been having his biggest impact though spacing the floor. He has now knocked down 3 or more shots from deep in 6 straight games. In this series against the Nuggets, he is knocking down 4.3 per game on 56.5% shooting from the arc. Look for him to maintain that streak here. Reaves has been the 2nd-most efficient 3-point shooter on the Lakers playoffs in these playoffs of players averaging more than 10 minutes per game. He has enjoyed shooting on his home court this season, making 42.4% of his attempts — up from 37.6% on the road. With LeBron James drawing much of the defensive attention, Reaves should continue to have success from beyond the arc.
