Trevor Zegras over 2.5 shots on goal (-139)

Zegras is very quickly climbing the rankings for rookie of the year. This guy is going to be very good for a very long time, fans in Anaheim should be very excited about the future. In six of his last seven games, he’s had three or more shots on goal. After just shooting twice in his last game, he’ll be looking to get back on the scoresheet and should be shooting a lot more tonight. If you’ve seen his assist from the last game, you know this kid is playing with a lot of confidence right now. He and his linemate Sonny Milano have been on a heater their last few games, they’re both on a four-game point streak and are looking to make the highlight reel every night.

Zegras has a below-average shooting percentage, just over 9%, he’ll be looking to shoot the puck more to bump those numbers up. Not only is he trying to help bring his team to the playoffs, he’s probably trying to walk away with some hardware by winning rookie of the year. Additionally, the Blue Jackets allow the most shots on goal of anyone in the league with 34.6. This could be a high-flying game with a lot of offensive chances for the Ducks, take Zegras to record 2.5 shots on goal, he’s been on a roll lately and his confidence is through the roof.

Leon Draisatil over 0.5 goals (+110)

For the first time all season, Draisaitl was held pointless in back-to-back games, his motivation to get back on the scoreboard should be at an all-time high. Despite not producing in the last two games, Draisaitl still has 21 points in 24 games and is leading the league in goals. He’s been incredible all season long and +110 are great odds tonight for Leon to get a goal, he’s averaging nearly a goal per game. The Bruins are also playing the tail end of a back to back, on the road. After traveling through Western Canada and going to a shootout last night, it’s very possible that Boston will be playing tonight a little fatigued. Additionally, their backup goaltender Linus Ullmark will be getting the starting nod, his first game in a month. Head coach Bruce Cassidy might be throwing Ullmark to the wolves tonight with a high-flying dangerous offense, he hasn’t seen full game speed in more than a week.

In 12 career games against Boston. Leon has recorded six goals. He seemingly enjoys playing this team and he’s having the best start to a season in his entire career. Expect Draisaitl to get back on the scoresheet in a big way tonight, take him to record a goal.
