We have put together a 4-pick cross-sport parlay that will take you right through New Year’s Eve, including action from college football, the NHL and NBA.

One pick is taken from each sport with a second pick from college football. A winning ticket gives us a nice payout with odds at +1394 with DraftKings; that’s more than 13/1! Let’s break down each of these plays.

NBA: Chicago Bulls -4.5 (-110) vs Indiana Pacers, 3:10 pm ET

The Chicago Bulls might be the hottest team in the NBA right now. They are riding a 5-game win streak along with 2 other teams, dominating their opponents in the process. They’ve scored 130+ points in 3 of their last 5 games and their win margin has been 12.8 points per game in those 5 wins. This team has covered in 4 of their last 5 and is 6-2 ATS in 8 games vs East teams.

Indiana, on the other hand, hasn’t had nearly as much success in the last couple of weeks. They’ve won just 2 of their last 7 games and things will get even harder with the news of leading scorer Malcolm Brogdon and Chris Duarte both entering health and safety protocols. In their last 5 vs Eastern Conference teams the Pacers are 0-5 ATS. The Bulls are clearly in far better shape coming into this one and I think they’ll have enough to cover against a slumping Pacers squad. Back the road team here.

College Football: Cincinnati Bearcats +13.5 (-105) vs Alabama Crimson Tide, 3:30 pm ET

Bearcats quarterback Desmond Ridder is the kind of QB that Alabama has struggled with at times this season: a dual threat that is dangerous in the run game and pass game. Ridder has thrown for more than 3,000 yards and 30 touchdowns this season while also rushing for 361 yards and 6 TDs.

On the defensive side of the ball, all eyes will be on Cincinnati cornerback Ahmad “Sauce” Gardner. Gardner has yet to give up a touchdown in his entire college career. He is a projected first-round draft pick and has served as a shutdown cornerback for the Bearcats. Alabama may end up winning this game, but expect this to be closer than most think.

NHL: New York Rangers ML (+110) vs Tampa Bay Lightning, 7:05 pm ET

The advantage in this game comes from who will be playing and the value. Along with Andrei Vasilevskiy, the Lightning will also be without back-up goalie Brian Elliott. With the Lightning playing Thursday and starting Maxime Legace, their projected starter will be their 4th-string goalie, Hugo Alnefelt. The Rangers will counter with Igor Shesterkin, who ranks 2nd out of 86 goalies in goals saved above expected.

On top of missing their top two goalies, the Lightning will also be without top pairing defensemen Mikhail Sergachev and top 6 forward Anthony Cirelli. The Rangers are as healthy as can be with all top players in the lineup, so the fact that they are the underdogs provides the value. Look towards the healthier, more-rested Rangers.

College Football: Georgia Bulldogs vs Michigan Wolverines +7.5 (-110), 7:30 pm ET

This matchup will feature two teams that play a similar brand of football. Both Georgia and Michigan can credit their success this season to strong defenses and consistent success running the football. Georgia might have the best front seven in college football, but it will be going up against a Michigan offensive line that won the Joe Moore Award — given to the nation’s best offensive line. Michigan ranks 10th in the country in rushing offense and averages 5.32 yards per carry. With two dominant defenses and offenses that run the ball often, points will be valuable in this game. This should be a close contest, so pocketing the 7.5 points with Michigan is the better side to be on.
