We have put together a 4-pick cross-sport parlay that will take you right through Wednesday, including action from college basketball, the NHL, and NBA.

One pick is taken from each sport with a second pick from college basketball. A winning ticket gives us a nice payout with odds at +1138 with DraftKings Sportsbook — that’s more than 11/1! Let’s break down each of these plays.

NHL: Calgary Flames 3-Way ML (-120) vs Columbus Blue Jackets, 7:05 pm ET

Offensively, the Flames hold the advantage. Even though both teams rank just above average in goals per game, the Flames’ attack is more sustainable thanks to the pressure they create. The Flames rank 6th in expected goals whereas the Blue Jackets are 25th.

Defensively, the gap between the teams is bigger. The Flames are a top 10 team defensively, ranking 8th in expected goals against and 4th in goals against per game. The Blue Jackets are a bottom-5 team on the defensive end as they rank 30th in expected goals against and 28th in goals against per game. Lean on the better team, especially on the defensive end and take the Flames on the 3-way money line.

College Basketball: Oklahoma Sooners vs West Virginia Mountaineers -2 (-110), 8:00 pm ET

West Virginia is 13-5 on the season but sits right above Oklahoma in the middle of the pack of the Big 12 standings. The Mountaineers are on a 2-game losing streak after falling to Baylor and Texas Tech last week. Both teams are evenly matched and have made inconsist starts in the Big 12, so the home team should have the edge. West Virginia is feisty on defense and should receive enough juice from their home crowd to cover this spread.

NBA: Denver Nuggets ML (-130) vs Brooklyn Nets, 8:09 pm ET

The Nets are coming off a 10-point loss to the mediocre Lakers on Monday. James Harden had yet another spectacular game with 33 points, 12 boards and 11 assists, but he couldn’t do it all by himself. Brooklyn remains without both Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving, they’ve gone 6-7 in 13 games in 2022 and the bad atmosphere around the team has resulted in Harden wanting to explore his options in free agency this summer.

Their home form is a cause for concern as well, and they are just 1-8 ATS in 9 games at Barclays Center. Denver’s best player is a center and the Nets are at their thinnest at that position, so you’d think that’s an advantage to the Nuggets. Nikola Jokic is putting up historic numbers and is the only reason the shorthanded Nuggets are still in the playoff picture. After 2 close wins over Detroit, they should have enough to beat the struggling Nets right now. Back Denver.

College Basketball: Penn State Nittany Lions vs Indiana Hoosiers – Over 129 points (+100), 8:30 pm ET

Defense has been the strong suit for each of these teams, but 6 of their last 10 games would have surpassed tonight’s total, and 5 of those 6 games would have gone over by a double-digit margin. In their last meeting, the Hoosiers had their lowest-scoring game of the season and had one of their worst shooting performances from inside and beyond the arc. Both teams also shot a combined 22 free throws, which is 12 attempts fewer than their combined average. The Hoosiers will look to close out their 3-game homestand with a redemptive offensive performance. Take the over in tonight’s matchup.
