New Orleans Pelicans ML (-116)

Last night the Pelicans embarrassed themselves by losing to the Orlando Magic. The good news is, Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram sat out and they still scored 101 points in regulation. Prior to the loss last night, New Orleans had won four of five games. Tonight they get the Hawks who came away with a double-overtime 134-129 win last night in San Antonio. This is a quick turnaround for a team like the Hawks who had lost four of five games before last night. The Pelicans should get back on track here to start our parlay.

Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Phoenix Suns Under 220.5 (-110)

The Oklahoma City Thunder are in full tank mode at this point resting everyone on a nightly basis. They are extremely shorthanded at this point with not a lot of NBA talent on the roster. Out tonight will be Luguentz Dort, Darius Bazley, Al Horford, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, and Ty Jerome. The Suns will be highly likely to slow this game down and may even use it to rest guys. The Thunder are a serious threat to score below 100 tonight with their current roster. The under is the move here. This is great for a parlay.

Houston Rockets team total Over 26.5 * First Quarter (-118)

Over the last three games, no team in the NBA is scoring more points in the first half than the Rockets. This is an extremely low bar to begin with as they only need 27 points to cover but they are averaging 36.7 points over the last three games. They are doing it efficiently as they are the fifth most efficient offense in the NBA in that span. Meanwhile, the Celtics have given up 30 plus in the first quarter in each of their last two games. This should keep the parlay alive.

Milwaukee Bucks vs. Portland Trail Blazers Over 58.5 *First Quarter (-118)

Don’t be fooled by the Trail Blazers’ recent success on defense over the last three games. They played the Pistons, Raptors without Kyle Lowry, and the Orlando Magic. Every one of those games went over 60 points in the first half which is why this line is baffling. The Bucks are a team capable of hanging 40 in the first quarter and they almost did it two games ago against the Clippers. It would be somewhat shocking to see this one go under this number. Our parlay should still be going when this one ends.

Sacramento Kings ML (-176)

The Kings are a team that is flying under the radar lately and that’s fine with me. They have won five of their last six games. Defensively they have been a mess all season which is problematic but the Lakers may not be able to take advantage. Los Angeles is sporting the second worst defensive efficiency in the NBA over the last three games. They have no go to scorer and it shows. They have won two of their last three games but wins over the Cleveland Cavaliers and Orlando Magic don’t count.  Out parlay should cash when this one is over.
