KBO picks and predictions

Saturday’s five-game slate sees some of the league’s top pitchers take the mound, including former Baltimore Orioles starter Mike Wright. Let’s dive into the day’s best bets.

Samsung Lions Moneyline (-108)

The Samsung Lions are looking to get back into the win column on Saturday and have a strong chance of doing so with Choi Chae-heung taking the mound. The veteran right-hander is 5-2 with a 3.08 ERA on the season but has been unstoppable in his last three starts. He’s gone 2-0 while allowing one run in 17 innings pitched, striking out 15 batters and walked four. For the Wiz, So Hyeong-jun gets the nod who has been the opposite of dominant. The 18-year old is 4-5 with a 6.65 ERA on the season and already suffered a blowing defeat against the Lions. Over Hyeong-jun’s last four starts, he has allowed 18 runs. It will take a lot for the young pitcher to get back on his feet. Give me the Lions straight up to complete our three-team parlay.

Over 11.5 total runs (-126)

Game one between the Bears and Giants was an easy over, and I expect more of the same with how the Doosan offense is playing right now. Doosan is averaging 6.3 runs per game, which ranks 2nd in the KBO. Over their 4-1 stretch, the Bears are averaging 7.4 runs per contest showing how explosive they can be at the plate. For Lotte, they shine at home where they average 5.08 runs per game. The over is 5-2 in the last seven meetings, and that trend will only continue on Saturday.

NC Dinos Moneyline (-182)

Mike Wright gets the ball on Saturday with high hopes of winning his second consecutive start. During his last three starts, the former Orioles pitcher has given up three runs or less. The NC Dinos have been back to their winning ways claiming victories in eight of their past ten games. With losing four of their last six games, the LG Twins have lost their touch. The Twins have only beaten the Dinos once this season and will continue to struggle against them. Roll with the best team in the league to get the job done on Saturday morning.

For those of you looking for bigger returns, play the best bets as a three-team parlay, which pays +435.
