KBO picks and predictions

Saturday’s five-game slate sees some of the league’s top pitchers take the mound, including former Miami Marlins, Drew Rucinski. Let’s dive into the best bets for Saturday.

Kiwoom Heroes Moneyline (-124)

After losing the game one of the three-game series against the KT Wiz, the Kiwoom Heroes are looking to bounce back on July 4. Luckily for them, Won-Tae Choi will get the start. He is 4-3 this season and has posted an ERA of 3.68. His last two starts have each resulted in wins and allowed just two runs over 13 innings. In his previous start, Choi had a one-hitter going into the 7th inning. The 23-year-old already has taken on the Wiz one this season, allowing two runs on five hits in 6 innings. The Heroes should be able to bounce back on Saturday with an impressive performance from Choi.

Over 9.5 total runs (+100)

The over has been a hot trend as of late for the NC Dinos, hitting in six of the previous eight games. In their last four home games, the Dinos are scoring an average of 6.5 runs per game. The Kia Tigers dropped eight runs on the Dinos previous yesterday so expect another high scoring game on Saturday. Starting Tigers pitcher Hyun Jong Yang has also allowed 17 hits, and 12 earned runs over the last three combined starts. If there is one game set for fireworks on July 4, the Kia Tigers vs. NC Dinos matchup fits the mold. Give me the over.

SK Wyverns Moneyline (+130)

The losing streak is over for the SK Wyverns after a dominant 7-4 victory against the Lotte Giants on Friday morning. At plus money once again, the Wyverns are an intriguing option on Saturday. Especially when they are taking on Giants’ pitcher Jun Woo Seo. The young 19-year old has been in one-run games in his last two starts. With the Giants currently on a three-game losing streak and losers of five of the past eight games, the Wyverns Moneyline holds excellent value. The Wyverns at plus money is the last play of our three-team parlay.

KBO parlay

For those of you looking for bigger returns, play the best bets as a three-team parlay, which pays +707.
