KBO picks and predictions

Sunday’s five-game slate sees some of the league’s top pitchers take the mound, including former Baltimore Orioles, Mike Wright. Let’s dive into the best bets for Sunday.

LG Twins Moneyline (-122)

The Twins will send Chan-heon Jung to the mound, who is 4-1 on the season. He has an ERA of 2.56, so overall he has been one of their better pitchers. Jung has won his last four starts in a row, allowing five runs total during this stretch. He has one previous start against Samsung this season, where he posted a shutout in 7 innings. For the Lions, they will start Chae-heung Choi. He is 5-2 on the season and has posted an ERA of 3.43. His last two starts have seen him allow just two runs in 12 innings pitched. His lone start against the Twins was also fantastic, where he allowed only 1 run in 6 innings. Even knowing that the Twins are struggling, I like them in this spot because of their pitcher. He just had a complete game shutout last time out, and I believe he will continue this success to help snap the losing streak for his team.

Doosan Bears -1.5 run line (-142)

The Doosan Bears continue to climb in the KBO standings with multiple straight winning streaks. On Sunday, they enter their contest with the Hanwha Eagles with winning eight of the last 11 meetings against them. Five of the previous nine meetings between them have produced double-digit run totals. In those same nine meetings, the Bears are averaging over six runs per game. Eagles pitcher Chad Bell has yet to beat the Bears this season as well. In his first appearance against the Bears, the former MLB pitcher allowed four runs over four innings. The edge belongs to the Bears. Give me the Doosan Bears to complete our second pick in our three-team parlay.

Lotte Giants Moneyline (-128)

The Lotte Giants are back to their winning ways with a 10-4 victory against the SK Wyverns on Saturday. Now with winning three of their last five, the Giants are back on my three-team parlay radar. The same lineup that produced double-digit runs the previous night will take on one of the worst KBO pitchers on Sunday. Wyverns pitcher Jong Hoon Park has not lasted past six innings since his May 26th start. With allowing an average of 5.3 earned runs over his last three starts, Park will be in trouble once again against the Giants.

KBO parlay

For those of you looking for bigger returns, play the best bets as a three-team parlay, which pays +442.
