We are wrapping up the week in the NBA with an enticing 8-game schedule on Sunday. Sure it may be overshadowed by NFL Wild Card Weekend, but don’t sleep on the association. Among the teams in action today are the Warriors, Nets, Nuggets, Mavericks, 76ers and Lakers.

Here is a look at Sunday’s mega parlay.

Pistons +6.5 (-110)

Nuggets -10 (-110)

Lakers ML (+148)

Parlay odds: +805

For this parlay we are going with a favorite against the spread, an underdog plus the points and an underdog on the money line. Let’s break down each of the 3 legs.

Pistons +6.5 over Knicks (-110)

Detroit is generally competitive when it plays inside its own building – at least it has been of late. The Pistons have lost by more than 6 points in regulation just once in their last 5 games at home, and that exception came against Philadelphia. The Knicks are a decent team, but they certainly aren’t the Sixers. That home stretch for the Pistons includes a 20-point rout of Orlando, a 17-point win over Minnesota and an overtime loss to the Clippers. It can’t be denied that Detroit is dealing with a lot of injuries, but Saddiq Bey and Bojan Bogdanovic are picking up the slack in a big way. Bey’s 3 most recent point totals are 17, 31 and 20 points and he is coming off a double double against New Orleans on Friday. Bogdanovic is averaging 21.2 ppg on 41.5% shooting from 3-point range this season and has scored at least 20 points in 8 straight games. Meanwhile, the Knicks have played 5 consecutive contests without winning by more than 6 points.

Nuggets -10 over Magic (-110)

The Nuggets are thrashing opponents left and right these days and there is no reason why they can’t beat up on the Magic. Denver is 29-13 overall and has won 5 in a row. Its last 6 victories have all come by double digits. Moreover, the Nuggets are in the midst of a stretch in which they are playing 9 of 10 games at home. They have 4 more inside Ball Arena following Sunday’s contest. The bottom line is that this team is well rested and extremely confident. The Magic are 16-27 overall and playing the final game of 5-game road trip. Nothing suggests this will be anything other than an absolute romp for Nikola Jokic and company.

Lakers ML over 76ers (+148)

The Lakers are 5-2 in their last 7 overall. They have lost 2 in a row, but one of those was at Denver without LeBron James and the other was in overtime to Dallas. Los Angeles is 4-1 in its last 5 with LeBron on the floor, with the only blemish during this stretch that close call against the Mavericks. In 4 games this month LeBron is averaging 32.3 points, 10.5 rebounds and 8.0 assists. The Lakers are playing at home on Sunday and facing a Sixers squad on the second leg of a back-to-back situation following Saturday’s date with the Jazz. This is a good opportunity for the home team to pull off an upset.
