NFL Sunday same game parlay (+607 odds): New York Jets vs Carolina Panthers

Corey Davis Jets

I know what you’re thinking but relax, I should have a chance to explain myself. I know this is a low-T parlay. Totally get it. I completely get how numbers work and +607 isn’t up to our standards of greatness around here. But here’s the thing, this one is perfect just the way it is! There’s no need to add anything to it just to add something to it. It’s legit perfect! When the New York Jets visit the Carolina Panthers on Sunday afternoon at 1:00pm ET, I think all 3 of these things are going to happen. No problem. Why not just cash?

Corey Davis over 56.5 receiving yards (-114)

DJ Moore over 57.5 receiving yards (-114)

Elijah Moore over 46.5 receiving yards (-114)

Parlay odds: +607

Corey Davis over 56.5 receiving yards (-114)

If you didn’t watch the NFL preseason, then you have no idea why I like Corey Davis so much. Zach Wilson seemed to target him on every throw he made. I’m serious. Davis was constantly getting separation against anyone covering him and Wilson was just looking for him. He posted a 4-70 line in not even 1 half of action against the Green Bay Packers. It was truly special. This number is way too low given Davis’s role in this offense and how I expect this game to play out. I think the Jets are going to be way more aggressive than they have been in the past now that they have a real coach. Davis should smash this.

Joe Brady is going to use Moore in the way that he should this season which is all over the place. Last year he was getting deep ball after deep ball but this year it looks like he’ll operate underneath as well which is what we want for a prop like this. It’s not that last year’s usage was bad since he went over this total in 5 of his last 6 games. I’m just saying, I want to see more balls flying at him! I think Moore will lead this team in targets Sunday and I think the Panthers will have to throw the ball in the second half. Sam Darnold looked pretty good in the preseason and I’m comfortable with him in this offense. Moore should light this game on fire.

Elijah Moore over 46.5 receiving yards (-114)

Davis isn’t the only one that should feast in the Jets offense as Moore should as well. He will take the slot snaps vacated by Jamison Crowder who is out with Covid-19 and I think he will do well with them. Moore was an absolute animal at Ole Miss and luckily sat out most of preseason. Had he played, this number would be higher. As it is, I’ll take the yardage prop here even though I wish we had a reception prop to slam. Working out of the slot he should see some nice easy targets that are more suitable for a reception prop. Either way, he’s cashing for us on Sunday.
