It’s not a Super Bowl matchup that anyone expected when the 2025 NFL season kicked off, but 2 stellar quarterbacks will be on display when the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots collide on Sunday afternoon at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. Seattle’s Sam Darnold is playing at an MVP level right now and Maye will likely finish second behind Matthew Stafford of the Rams in the MVP voting.
Let’s take a look at my favorite Darnold prop bets for Super Bowl 60. Also check out pro bettor Chris Farley’s Seahawks vs Patriots predictions for Super Bowl 60, with our experts boasting +82.1 units of profit this season!

Sam Darnold Under 0.5 interceptions (+110)
Darnold could not be playing with more confidence at the moment. The NFC Championship was the biggest game of his career and he arguably played his best — completing 25 of 36 attempts for 346 yards and 3 touchdowns without throwing an interception. The former USC standout has not thrown an INT through 2 playoff games and has not been picked off a single time since Week 17. He has gone without a pick in 6 of his last 10 contests. Although Darnold was victimized 14 times during the regular season, those mostly came in bunches (4 against the Rams in Week 11, for example). When Darnold played well, he played clean. And that is exactly how he is playing now. As for the Patriots’ defense, it may be a solid unit but it also doesn’t grab many INTs. The Pats made just 10 interceptions in the regular season.

Sam Darnold Over 1.5 passing touchdowns (-108)
New England’s defense did not have a good interception-to-touchdown ratio during the regular season. To go along with its modest 10 picks, it allowed 25 scores through the air. By comparison, the Patriots surrendered only 11 TDs on the ground. A red-hot Darnold should be able to take advantage of this matchup. His recent form extends well beyond just the 31-27 NFC Championship victory over the Rams. The former #3 overall pick has now thrown multiple touchdown passes 9 times throughout this 2025 campaign. It’s worth noting that Zach Charbonnet is sidelined by a torn ACL and he is – or was – more of a red-zone threat than fellow running back Kenneth Walker III. When the Seahawks approach paydirt this weekend, count on Darnold and star receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba going to work.
