Fulham ML over Brighton (+165), 10:00 am ET, Saturday

Morale is high at Craven Cottage after Fulham beat Manchester United at Old Trafford last Saturday, and Marco Silva’s men look good for another 3 points against Brighton. Manchester United were on a 5-game winning streak before facing Fulham, so it was a mighty effort from the Londoners to upset the Red Devils. Fulham appear to have gotten over their recent cup disappointments and are fully focused on improving their league position. Fulham have lost only 1 of their last 5 games and have fresher legs than Brighton, who suffered FA Cup heartache at Wolves on Wednesday night.

Tottenham ML over Crystal Palace (-210), 10:00 am ET, Saturday

Crystal Palace’s new manager Oliver Glasner got off to a good start with a 3-0 home win over Burnley last Saturday, but the Eagles were greatly assisted by an early red card for Burnley and did not manage to penetrate their visitors until the 68th minute. Glasner and Palace face an entirely different assignment at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday – and it is a mission that seems likely to end in failure. Repelling Spurs for 90 minutes will probably prove beyond Palace. Tottenham have won 9 of their 13 home league games this season and should carry far too many offensive weapons for the Eagles to handle.

Liverpool ML over Nottingham Forest (-195), 10:00 am ET, Saturday

Liverpool are still looking great in all competitions, setting up the chance of a magnificent final season for departing head coach Jurgen Klopp, and Nottingham Forest likely lack the defensive quality to upset the rampant Reds. Liverpool have won 7 of their 13 road games in the league this season, losing only twice, and they roared to a 4-1 victory at Brentford in their last road mission. Liverpool then lifted the Carabao Cup, before cruising to a 3-0 FA Cup success over Southampton. Forest suffered a Wednesday night hammer blow – dumped out of the FA Cup by Manchester United – and the relegation-threatened Tricky Trees look set for further disappointment on Saturday.

Aston Villa ML over Luton (-135), 12:30 pm ET, Saturday

The best bet on the English Premier League Saturday card is arguably Aston Villa to beat Luton. Villa, who are enjoying an excellent campaign and still have faint title ambitions, followed a 2-1 victory at Fulham with a 4-2 triumph over Nottingham Forest. Villa can bully weak opposition and crushed Sheffield United 5-0 at Bramall Lane four weeks ago. Luton, who conceded 6 goals in an FA Cup mismatch against Manchester City on Tuesday night, may face similar annihilation by Villa on Saturday evening.
